• Natal chart calculation and visualization
• AI-powered chart interpretation
• Synastry (compatibility) analysis
• Transit tracking
• Dream journal with AI interpretation
• AI-generated imagery

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)

5. Subscription and Payment

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You authorize recurring charges at the current rate
• Price changes will be communicated in advance
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period

You retain ownership of content you create (dream entries, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you submit.

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by us (excluding user content), is owned by Celestia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

AI-generated interpretations and images created for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.

We use third-party services including:

• AI services for interpretations and image generation
• Stripe for payment processing
• Cloud hosting providers for data storage

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of astrological calculations or AI interpretations
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• Security of data against all possible breaches

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELESTIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celestia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nanterre, France.
